This website is designed specifically for premium seating (e.g. luxury suites, luxury suite tickets, premium group spaces. etc.). This website is operated by the Columbus Crew and powered by SuitePro.

Am I buying directly from the Columbus Crew and Lower.com Field?

Yes. The suites and tickets posted for sale on this website are directly from the Columbus Crew.

How is my information protected?

Your personally identifiable information and non-personally identifiable information are protected using industry-standard data encryption and security measures. If you provide payment information to purchase a suite, your payment information will be handled in accordance with PCI DSS, the information security standard for protecting credit card data. Shopping for a Suite

How do I book a Columbus Crew Suite?

To rent a Columbus Crew suite at Lower.com Field, click on the game you wish to attend via the RESERVE NOW page to see available suite options. A suite can be purchased directly from the website by entering your credit card details or by contacting the Columbus Crew Premium Seating Department at 614-447-2739 or [email protected]

When do I get my tickets after booking a suite?

Following your purchase, a representative from the Crew Premium Seating Department will be in touch to coordinate ticket delivery for your suite.

How are my tickets delivered?

All suite tickets will be mobile-only. After your purchase, you will be assigned an online Account Manager and the Crew will provide instructions on how to access and download your tickets. Tickets cannot be printed and must be presented on your mobile phone. It is recommended that you electronically transfer tickets directly to your suite guests to ensure proper access into Lower.com Field.

Will the suite be private to my group?

This depends on the style of Suite purchased. Please see below for details

Are suites ADA accessible?

Yes. All Premium seating products are ADA accessible. Guests will enter through the VIP Entrance located off 96 Columbus Crew Way.

Payment

What forms of payment are accepted?

Acceptable forms of payment on ColumbusCrewPremium.com include:

  • All major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover
  • Mobile Payment (Google Pay)

In some cases, ACH/Bank Wire transfers will be accepted. Please speak to a representative.

Is payment required in full?

Payment in full is required upon booking in order to secure a Suite or Club seats.

Are there any additional fees?

No. The price you see is the price you pay. No hidden fees. Please see below for which spaces include food and beverage and which do not.

Refund Policy

Can I cancel my suite reservation?

No. Per our sales terms and conditions, all sales are final. For more information on rescheduled events or canceled events please review our terms and conditions.

What if my event is postponed/rescheduled?

Should an event be postponed, your tickets will be valid for the rescheduled event.

What if my event is cancelled?

If the event is canceled, a refund will be issued to the purchaser.

Planning Your Suite Experience

How and when do I order catering?

For suites that do not come inclusive of catering, catering is available to purchase at an additional cost in advance of your event. Following your suite purchase, a Crew representative will be in touch via email or phone to provide you with further catering instructions. Guests can forego a catering preorder in lieu of gameday (in-suite) ordering. Please note: the Gameday Suite Menu is more limited than the Preorder Menu.

Any catering preorders will be due 10 business days prior to an event.

Am I required to purchase catering?

No, in-suite catering is not required to purchase. Guests can also purchase food and drink individually from general concessions and bring these items back to the suite. Outside food and beverage is not permitted inside the stadium.

How much does catering typically cost?

On average, groups that purchase in-suite catering will spend $100 per person in their group for a spread of food and drink (alcohol included). For example, a rough budget for a group of 20 should be $2,000. There is no catering minimum, however, and catering is not required. Check the listing details to see what food and beverage (if any) is included with your suite.

Catering costs will come down to what you select. Packages are set based on the number of people in the suites. Spend is based on type of food - I.e., snacks vs. full meals – and number of people.

On average, groups that purchase in-suite catering will spend anywhere between $1,000 - $2,000 for their group for a spread of food and drink (alcohol included). Again, your cost could be higher or lower than these ranges as there is no catering minimum, however, and catering is not required. Check the listing details to see what food and beverage (if any) is included with your suite.

Can I purchase additional tickets (also known as Standing Room Only tickets, or SROs) for my suite?

Refer to your suite reservation to see if additional suite tickets are available to purchase. For any suites that provide the option to purchase additional tickets, contact your Columbus Crew Suite Representative to complete the transactions. Additional tickets, if available, can be purchased (but not required) at any point leading up to an event.

Can I get guest passes for my suite?

Guest passes are not allowed for suites. If you would like to host additional guests, you will have to purchase Standing Room Only tickets up to the maximum allowed for your suite type.

What is the child ticket policy for suites?

Children 2 years of age and under will not require a separate ticket for admission into Lower.com Field. Suites can provide a welcomed private and secure space for families attending a game with younger children.

What am I permitted to bring into the suite (and Lower.com Field)?

No bags are allowed into Lower.com Field with the exception of: diaper bags, medical bags, and bags smaller than 5″x8″x1″. Guests with medical or childcare needs will be permitted to carry a single bag into Lower.com Field. For additional rules, please refer to the Crew or Lower.com Field gameday page closer to game day or contact a representative from the Crew Premium Seating Department.

Does my suite ticket give me access to other areas?

Depending on which Suite you purchase you will have access to different club spaces, please see below for a breakdown:

  • Lower.com Lounge Suites → Lower.com Lounge
  • NetJets Landing Suites → NetJets Suite Lounge
  • Loge Boxes → Tipico Sportsbook Club
  • Theatre Boxes → Tipico Sportsbook Club, Southeast Field Club

Match Day Questions

Where do I park?

Most suite purchases include parking passes for Columbus Crew premium lots on site. Following your purchase, you will receive detailed instructions on parking locations and procedures. For tickets in club areas or other premium hospitality spaces, parking may also be included. Please refer to the product listing for specific details.

Where do I find the VIP Entrances?

VIP entrances are located in the West Lobby off of Columbus Crew Way. Your Crew representative will share details on how to find this entrance closer to your matchday.

When does my suite open?

Suite access opens 90 minutes prior to kickoff.

Can I order food/beverage from the suite during the game?

Yes. Each suite is serviced by a shared suite attendant. In-game food and drink orders can be placed via the attendant. A Gameday Suite Menu will be in the suite upon arrival. The Gameday Menu is slightly more limited than the Advance Catering Menu, however, you’ll still find stadium favorites and plenty of beverages available (water, soft-drinks, beer, wine, liquor). In-suite catering items are served in group-portions, not individually.

Do I tip our suite attendant?

Yes, gratuity is customary.
